Shiksha Sabke Liye: Education For All
Empowering Futures With The Maharani Lakshmibai Foundation
Education Is Not A Privilege—it Is A Fundamental Right. Yet In India, Millions Of Children Are Still Denied This Basic Opportunity. In Remote Villages, Urban Slums, and Marginalised Communities, The Barriers To Learning Remain Daunting—poverty, Gender Bias, Early Marriage, And Lack Of Infrastructure.
Recognising this Urgent Need, The Maharani Lakshmibai Foundation (MLBF) Has Launched A Dedicated Campaign Titled "Shiksha Sabke Liye: Education For All." Rooted In The Belief That Education Is The Strongest Tool To Break The Cycle Of Poverty And Inequality, This Initiative Works To Ensure Universal Access To Quality Education—especially For Girls, Dropout Children, And Rural Youth.
Key Objectives Of The Campaign:
1. Enforcing The Right To Education (RTE)
Under The Right To Education Act, Every Child Between 6 And 14 Has The Legal Right To Free And Compulsory Schooling. MLBF is Working Closely With Local Communities To Raise Awareness About This Right And Help Families Enroll Their Children In School, Especially In Underserved Areas.
2. Preventing School Dropouts
One Of The Campaign’s Primary Goals Is Dropout Prevention. Many Children, Particularly Girls, Leave School Due To Household Responsibilities, Menstruation-related Stigma, Or Lack Of Safety. MLBF Addresses This Through:
Counselling Sessions For Parents And Students
Community-led Support Groups
Scholarships And Supply Of Uniforms, Books, And Menstrual Hygiene Kits
Life Skills Workshops And Career Guidance For Adolescents
3. Promoting Digital Classrooms & E-learning
Digital Literacy Is The New Currency Of Education. The Foundation Is Bridging The Digital Divide By Introducing:
Smart Learning Classrooms In Rural Government Schools
Free Access To Tablets And Digital Content In Hindi And Regional Languages
Training Workshops For Teachers On Using Edtech Tools Effectively
In Partnership With Corporate Csr Units And State Education Departments, Mlbf Has Already Impacted Over 10,000 Children Across Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, And Bihar.
Real Stories, Real Impact
Take The Story Of Rani, A 13-year-old From A Small Village In Bundelkhand. Forced To Drop Out After Her Father’s Death, She Was Helping Her Mother At A Roadside Tea Stall. Mlbf’s Field Volunteers Convinced The Family To Re-enrol Rani Through Rte And Provided Her With A Digital Tablet. Today, She Not Only Attends School But also Dreams Of Becoming A Police Officer.
Our Core Belief:
“shiksha Sirf Adhikaar Nahi, Zimmedari Hai.”
(Education Is Not Just A Right—it Is A Responsibility.)
