With A Strong Belief In Grassroots Empowerment, MLBF identifies Rural Talents And Supports Them Through Training In Tailoring, Handicrafts, Organic Farming, Digital Literacy, And Small-scale Entrepreneurship. These Skill-based Initiatives Are Not Just Courses—They Are Life-transforming Opportunities. Villagers Who Once Relied On Seasonal Labor Now Run Home-based Businesses Or Join Self-help Groups (Shgs), Generating Steady Income And Self-confidence.
One Of The Foundation’s Standout Initiatives Is The Women Artisan Empowerment Project, Where Rural Women Are Trained In Traditional Crafts Like Hand Embroidery, Terracotta Work, And Eco-friendly Product Design. These Products Are Then Showcased At Local Fairs And Online Platforms, Connecting Artisans Directly To Markets.
Mlbf Also Partners With Government Schemes And Ngos To Provide Toolkits, Micro-financing Support, And Mentorship, Ensuring That Training Leads To Tangible Livelihoods. Skill Development Workshops Are Hosted In Remote Villages Across Jhansi District, Including Baruasagar, Babina, And Mauranipur, Making Them Accessible To Those Who Need Them Most.
